Chicken Tenders with our Habanero Mango WUJU

Takes 25 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken tenders

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground pepper

1 cup panko

¼ cup of hot sauce

 

Method:

Preheat to 450F

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Coat chicken with the hot sauce, letting excess drip off, then dredge in the panko, pressing to adhere.

Line a baking sheet with parchment papper. Place chicken on the baling sheet. Bake the chicken,turning once halfway, until browmed 20 mins.
