Tropical Umami

There are elements of our family's sweet & sour that have always satisfied my cravings - the potent punch of garlic and onion, cut by a tangy pineapple, with unsweetened apple sauce at the end to pull everything together.

Combinations of ingredients like these have gotten our restaurant customers' mouths to water for decades. That's exactly why I've taken my favorite parts and developed a whole new original sauce. 

Description - medium consistency, like ketchup

Taste - tropical tones from pineapple and apple flavors, balanced with classic umami ingredients like tomato and soy sauce

How to use - stir fry, dipping, dressing, or finishing sauce

What to use it on - chicken nuggets, pork chops, fries, vegetables, salmon, white fish
