Secret Chili Recipe (8 servings)

Ingredients

- 1.5 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 3 jalapeno (diced)
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 six ounce can of tomato paste 
- 1 can of black bean 
- 1 can of pinto bean 
- 1 can of low-sodium beef (or chicken) stock
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce or WUJU soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of WUJU hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons of spice combination (salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika)
- 1 handful of cilantro (chopped)

Process

- Brown ground beef in a large pan (salt beef beforehand) 
- Set aside beef and deglaze pan
- Lightly saute onion, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic
- Mix tomato paste, broth, Worchester sauce or WUJU soy sauce, and WUJU hot sauce in a bowl, set aside.
- Rinse beans
- Place browned ground beef in slow cooker
- Add sauteed vegetable (mix thoroughly throughout)
- Stir beans into mixture
- Add cilantro, sauce, and spice combinations 
- Set slow cooker to 8 hours on the low setting (5 hours on high)
- Serve over rice (optional)
