Asian-style Cucumbers

A typical snack for an Asian household. Growing up, I admittedly ate this as a full meal sometimes. It's got a lot of alkaline though right? So it's healthy and I can totally eat as much of it as I can (lol). Crispy, salty, and a tad sweet and spicy, it's a dish that you need to have as a staple. This seemingly innocent dish goes just fine with a bowl of white or brown rice.
